Frequently asked questions: Manufacturing

Operators don't sit at a computer. How do they practise?

The training reaches their phone: as a phone call, a link or on WhatsApp, at the time you set. A phone call needs no screen.

Can we train on safety procedures?

Yes. You upload the procedure, and Yedaverse builds a lesson and a knowledge check. Mandatory trainings are marked “Mandatory”, and you can set them to repeat every quarter.

What happens when an operator doesn't pass?

In the path you set how many attempts there are and how often. After the last attempt, the shift leader or the department manager receives an escalation.

Can we upload a video from the line?

Yes. MP4 is one of the formats you can upload, along with PDF, DOCX, XLSX and CSV.
